Texas Association for Gifted and Talented (TAGT)
The mission of TAGT is to promote awareness of the unique social, emotional, and intellectual needs of gifted and talented
students and to impact the development of appropriate services to meet these needs.
The Davidson Institute for Talent Development
Founded by Bob and Jan Davidson out of a concern that our nation's most gifted and talented students
were largely neglected and underserved. The Davidson Institute offers much-needed services such as
individualized support programs, scholarships, assessment assistance, educational advocates,

Since 1980, the Duke Talent Identification Program (Duke TIP) has been a world leader in identifying academically talented
students and providing innovative programs to support the development of their optimal potential.
SENG
SENG is dedicated to fostering environments in which gifted adults and children, in all their diversity, understand and accept
themselves and are understood, valued, nurtured, and supported by their families, schools, workplaces and communities.

Summer Wonders
The summer camp version of ACE Academy. Begun in 1999, Summer Wonders' goal is to inspire enthusiasm and motivation for learning
by offering singular opportunities to explore diverse subjects taught by a stellar faculty in a challenging, creative environment.
Private Schools Interscholastic Association (PSIA)
An organization sponsoring academic competitions to inspire student achievement.
Capital Region--Texas Creative Problem Solving Organization
The local division for the global organization Destination
Imagination. Schools put together one or more teams which are tasked with solving a variety of
mentally challenging, critical thinking problems.
Austin Chamber Music Center
Dedicated to serving Central Texans by expanding knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of chamber music
through the highest quality instruction and performance.
Austin School Chess
A web site with news, information, useful resources and training tips to Austin Area scholastic
chess players.
Saturday Morning Math Group
An outreach program at the University of Texas. Come hear great, free talks by the faculty on
fascinating math topics: artificial intelligence and soccer playing robotic dogs, math in criminal
investigations.
New Moon Magazine
A magazine and website dedicated to bringing girls' voices to the world.
No Place for Hate
Programs dedicated to helping schools create environments where prejudice and hatred are rejected
and diversity is respected.
