ACE Students Participate in DI Tournament
March 6, 2008
ACE's two Destination Imagination (DI) teams competed last Saturday at Westlake High School among 196
teams in creative problem solving. Our two teams did great jobs at presenting both planned solutions and
on-their-feet thinking. Our team composed of Logan Bown, Jeremy Brinker, Kiran Tomlinson, David Lyon,
and Matthew Tobias (from Summer Wonders) placed 10th among 15 teams, a grand placement for a first-year
team. A second team, with Jordan Garsson, Elizabeth Sturley, Varun Srinivasan, Shakthi Shrima,
Emily Poe, Marielle Bardon, and Olivia Renneker (from Summer Wonders) medalled at 5th place among 18 teams.
